Biography of CA Sandeep Kumar

Sandeep Kumar is a Fellow Member of the ICAI. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009 and has developed significant expertise in carrying out various kinds of assurance and compliance activities of the clients. He carries vast experience in complying with their statutory requirements with Company Law, Income Tax Law, GST Law, International Taxation, FDI Compliance, Cross Border Transaction, Setting up company in Europe etc. He has successfully and effectively conducted Statutory and internal audit of various companies.

He has also have exposure to set up company abroad, making ODI Compliance and setting up company in India and making FDI Compliance. He has experience of carrying out statutory audits of nationalized banks such as Branches of State bank of Patiala, Corporation Bank(known as Union Bank of India), Punjab National Bank and Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank. He is also a qualified Insolvency professional and Certified Concurrent auditor of Banks.
